Delhi deputy CM Manish Sisodia
GUWAHATI: Delhi deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia has been asked to appear before a Kamrup court either in person or through his lawyer on July 25 to present his side in the civil defamation case filed against him by Assam chief minister Himanta Biswa Sarma‘s wife Riniki Bhuyan Sarma.
The Rs 100-crore civil defamation case was filed against Sisodia for linking Riniki Bhuyan Sarma to allegations of corruption in PPE kit supply in the state in 2020.
