Speaking at the beginning of the two-day conference of labour ministers and secretaries, the Prime Minister on Thursday said via video link, “We need to consider what else we can do to empower women in the workplace, especially in growing industries. The demand for more flexible work hours is a future necessity that can be met by putting women to good use.”
