Jim Beam Black Whisky Smash

Ingredients:



2 parts Jim Beam Black® Bourbon

2-3 lemon wedges

6-8 fresh mint leaves

1 part simple syrup

Splash of club soda (optional)

Method:

– Drop the lemon wedges in a double old-fashioned glass and muddle to extract the juice

– Add the mint leaves and the simple syrup and muddle again

– Fill the glass with ice and pour in the Jim Beam Black, stir to combine

– Splash with club soda if desired and garnish with a fresh mint spring

THE JAMESON SIP SOUR

Ingredients:

3 dashes of Angostura bitters

30 ml apple juice, fresh pressed

15 ml cinnamon syrup

30 ml coconut water

30 ml egg white

Ice cubes

10 ml Jameson Original

25 ml lemon juice

Method:

– Fill a shaker with ice cubes

– Add all your ingredients

– Shake and strain into a coupe glass

– Serve with a sweet lemon slice or a cherry

CINNAMON WHISKEY SOUR

Ingredients:

Jimmy’s Whiskey Sour Mix 90ml

Cinnamon-infused Bourbon Whisky 45ml

Agencies

Method:

– In a shaker glass filled with ice, pour the above ingredients and shake well

– Strain into a tall glass filled with ice

– Garnish with an orange peel and a cinnamon stick

– Serve


ADDA 36-OAKSMITH

Ingredients:

50 ml Oaksmith Gold

25 ml Ghondhoraj Lemon Juice

25 ml Parijat Syrup

1/2 no Egg White

Angustora Bitters

Ice

Ghondhoraj lemon peel for garnish

Note: Nolen gur, hatkora citrus are Kolkata specials, and can be replaced with locally produced jaggery/citrus equivalents.

Method:

– Add the nolen gur and angostura bitters to a glass, stir till gur dissolves

– Add ice and Oaksmith® Gold

– Stir well for at least a minute

– Garnish with Hatkora citrus peel

TOKI HIGHBALL

Ingredients:



1 part Suntory Whisky Toki

3 parts Chilled Fever-Tree Club Soda

Grapefruit Peel

Weird Island Highball

Ingredients
Ardbeg 10 Years Old: 50 ml
Strawberry Liquer: 20 ml
Tonic water: 120 ml

Garnish:
Rosemary Sprig and Lime Wedge

Method
– Shake all ingredients and pour over ice
– Straining into a chilled coupe glass

​Orange Mingle

Glassware: Nick & Nora

Ingredients:
Glenmorangie Original: 45 ml
Orange marmalade: 2 ml
Aperol: 10 ml
Lemon juice: 15 ml
Orange juice: 10 ml
Egg white: 25 ml
Orange Bitters

Garnish: Edible Flowers

Method
Add all ingredients to a shaker and reverse dry shake
– Double strain into a Nick & Nora glass
– Garnish with bitters and edible flowers

​The King’s Last Dram

Ingredients:
Ardbeg 10 Years Old: 50 ml
Raspberry syrup: 15 ml
Fresh lemon juice: 20 ml
Egg white: 10 ml
Banana slices: 2
Salt solution: 1 dash

Garnish: Crispy Bacon

Method
– Dry shake all ingredients
– Adding ice and shake again
– Strain into a tumbler filled with a block of ice
– Garnish with crispy bacon wafer

​Glenfiddich Scotch And Schnapps

Ingredients:
Glenfiddich 12 year old: 50 ml
Peach Schnapps: 30 ml
Sparkling water
Orange wedge

Method:
Pour whisky and Peach Schnapps into a tall glass
– Add a few cubes of ice, and top it up with clear sparkling water
– Give it a nice stir and garnish with an orange wedge (also squeeze it slightly)
