iphone se: Apple’s next iPhone SE might look like iPhone XR, details leaked ahead of iPhone 14 launch

[ad_1]

While Apple’s September event is just one week away, expectations are high for the iPhone 14 series. However, there is no confirmation about the news of the iPhone SE in its September 7 Apple’s “Far Out” event. As per reports, Apple will launch the iPhone SE with some design revamps over iPhone XR’s model.

The long-anticipated iPhone 14 will be revealed at its latest event in California. When there are lots of speculations about the iPhone 14 and leaks about future models are springing up everywhere, all we know is that the iPhone SE will come with a bigger screen and more powerful processor, which would be a lot similar to the iPhone XR. Till now, there is no update about the mini option for the iPhone 14 series this time.

Earlier this year, Apple launched the third generation of the iPhone which took inspiration from the iPhone 8. The iPhone’s latest model comes with thick bezels on the top and bottom of the screen and a home button. On the contrary, the iPhone XR has a 6.1 inches LCD screen. So, if Apple would adopt the iPhone XR for the upcoming SE series, they might be increasing the screen size.

iPhone 14 & Apple Watch Series 8: Top Features To Expect

Apple has announced its next big event ‘Far Out’ on September 7. The Cupertino-based tech giant is expected to come out with an array of smartphones and other devices. Here’s a look at what to expect from the mega event.

iPhone 14 – The Next Leap

The next generation iPhone will be the highlight of the ‘Far Out’ event. Although Apple is tight-lipped about this, reports suggest that the iPhone 14 series will have four new models. This time the iPhones will flaunt a new design, powerful processors, and enhanced cameras. In terms of design, iPhone 14 will largely look like iPhone 13 with the exception being the Pro Models. There are also reports that Apple may introduce the iPhone 14 Max in place of the iPhone Mini.

Satellite Connectivity For iPhones

The Cupertino-based tech giant may be announcing its rumoured satellite connectivity for iPhone 14. This development came to light after Tim Farrar, a satellite communications consultant from a California-based company took to his Twitter account to share details. If true, iPhone 14 users will be able to connect to satellite networks during emergencies in remote areas.

iPhone 14 – Massive Cameras

The new iPhones are expected to come with some major upgrades in the photography department. The rumoured upgrades include a 48MP sensor primary camera in the Pro models. Apple has been using 12MP cameras for years, if reports are to be believed that this will be the first time the iPhones will feature a 48MP camera. The new iPhones may also sport an 8K video recording feature.

iPhone 14 Colour Options

iPhone 14 is expected to flaunt new designs along with new shades. The iPhone 14 standard smartphones are expected to come in Green, Purple, Blue, Black, White and Red. Meanwhile, several reports have suggested that the iPhone 14 Pro models may come in Purple, Green, Silver, Gold, and Graphite colour options.

Anticipated Features of the iPhone SE

Although there is not much information revealed about the upcoming SE series of iPhones at this point, speculations about its feature have been continuing.

Tipster Jon Prosser claimed that the soon-to-be-launched iPhone SE will feature a 6.1-inch display along with a big front notch.

• The phone will also have IP67 water and dust resistant feature.

• The iPhone SE might have a single 12MP sensor camera at the back.

Ross Young, the supply chain analyst has recommended that the upcoming iPhone SE will have a 5.7-inch display. He has also added that the model might be launched sometime in early 2023.

The original model of the iPhone SE came into the market in 2016, while the next version was launched in 2020, and then in 2022. So, Apple’s decision of bringing the next iPhone SE in 2023 might be a little rush.
