Singer Sidhu Moose Wala, who died recently, has a huge fan base in several countries, including Pakistan. His musical legacy is something that is cheered across borders. One such incident was witnessed on the border between India and Pakistan.

Recently, a video went viral on social media wherein Indian army soldiers could be seen dancing to a song by the Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala. But the most interesting thing in this video was that the song was being played on another side of the border by the personnel of the Pakistan army. The Indian soldiers were dancing at a border outpost.

The viral video was shared on August 25 by IPS officer HGS Dhaliwal through his Twitter account. In the video, one can see Indian soldiers grooving to Moose Wala’s song ‘Bambiha Bole,’ which was being played by Pakistani soldiers on speakers.

While sharing the video, Dhaliwal wrote that Sidhu’s song was bridging the divide across the India-Pakistan border and bringing cheer.

Soon after the video hit social media, it became the talk of the town, with many people expressing their joy over it. One of the users wrote that culture is without borders, while another person said that only art could bridge the differences.

Maintaining ceasefire

India and Pakistan had on February 25 this year released a joint statement announcing a ceasefire along the Line of Control in Jammu and Kashmir, following talks between their Directors General of Military Operations.
