The horrific murder of Sidhu Moose Wala was planned last year in August and a minimum of three recesses were done before executing the murder, Punjab police’s anti-gangster task force (AGTF) head ADGP Promod Ban said on Thursday. ADGP Promod Ban also said that there was a different group of shooters who tried to conduct the murder in January.
