Voltas Share Price: Voltas share price down 0.66 per cent

Shares of . traded 0.66 per cent up at Rs 970.5 at around 12:12PM (IST) on Wednesday. The stock had closed at Rs 976.9 in the previous session. Equity benchmark Sensex traded 126.4 points lower at 53051.05 around the same time.

The scrip has declined 5.62 per cent in the last one year till date, while the 30-share index has gained 0.57 per cent during the same period.

The stock’s 52-week high price stood at Rs 1356.9 and the 52-week low price at Rs 923.5.

Trading volume on the counter stood at 9,249 shares, while it quoted a price-to-earnings ratio of 63.75, an EPS value of 15.23 and a price-to-book value of 7.49. In the Nifty50 pack, 15 stocks traded in the green, while 35 stocks were in the red.

Promoter/FII Holding
Promoters held 30.3 per cent stake in the company as of 31-Mar-2022, while foreign institutional investors and mutual funds’ ownership stood at 26.19 per cent and 17.5 per cent, respectively.

Key Financials
For the quarter ended 31-Mar-2022, the company reported consolidated sales of Rs 2703.78 crore, up 48.37 per cent from the previous quarter’s Rs 1822.34 crore and up 0.77 per cent from the year-ago quarter’s Rs 2683.24 crore. The company reported net profit of Rs 182.7 crore for the latest quarter.

Technical Indicators
