HIT Ott Release: HIT – The First Case starring Rajkummar Rao to stream on Netflix from August 28

HIT – The First Case” will premier on Netflix on August 28, according to an announcement from the streaming giant. The mystery-thriller, a Hindi remake of the wildly successful Telugu film of the same name from 2020, debuted in theatres on July 15. The Netflix official Twitter account made the HIT release date public.

Action-thriller HIT The First Case is a 2020 Telugu film that Prashanti Tipirneni produced and Sailesh Kolanu directed for the first time. The film features both Ruhani Sharma and Vishwak Sen. The protagonist of the novel is Vikram Rudraraju, a police officer working for the Telangana state’s Homicide Intervention Team (HIT), who is investigating the abduction of a young girl.

The First Case opened in theatres on February 28, 2020, and it proved to be a successful business venture.

A stand-alone sequel to the movie dubbed HIT: The Second Case is planned to come out after it. The First Case was also remade in Hindi under the direction of Kolanu. July 2022 saw the release of both movies.

Homicide Intervention Team, or HIT, tells the tale of a police officer (Rao) who is searching for a missing woman. Sanya Malhotra is also a star in the movie.

The Hindi version’s director is the same as the original movie’s director, Dr. Sailesh Kolanu. Bhushan Kumar, Dil Raju, Krishan Kumar, and Kuldeep Rathore are the producers.
