NEW DELHI: Fertilisers shares closed lower in the Thursday’s session.
Sikko Industries(up 7.22%),
& Fertilizers(up 4.98%), & Fertilizers(up 4.33%), & Fertilizers(up 3.57%), National Fertilizer(up 3.25%), Aries Agro(up 2.97%), Nagarjuna Fertilizers & Chem(up 2.48%), Southern Petrochemicals Industries(up 1.71%), Rama Phosphates(up 1.30%) and Fertilizers & Chemicals Tranvancore(up 1.14%) stood among the top gainers.
Coromandel International(down 4.60%),
Fertilizers (down 1.60%), Agro Phos(down 1.00%), ZUARIAGRO(down 0.63%) and G S F C(down 0.36%) were among the top losers of the day.
The NSE Nifty50 index ended 82.5 points down at 17522.45, while the 30-share BSE Sensex closed down 310.71 points at 58774.72.
Shree Cement(up 1.71%), Divis Laboratories(up 1.12%), Hindalco Industries(up 0.91%), Eicher Motors(up 0.89%), HDFC LIFE INSURANCE(up 0.78%), Grasim Industries(up 0.78%), SBI Life(up 0.74%), Coal India(up 0.56%), Dr Reddys Laboratories(up 0.47%) and Oil & Natural Gas Corporation(up 0.4%) stood among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
On the other hand, Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone(down 2.43%), Bajaj Finance(down 1.81%), Power Grid Corporation of India(down 1.37%), Infosys(down 1.26%), NTPC(down 1.18%), Tata Consultancy(down 1.14%), Cipla(down 1.12%), IndusInd Bank(down 1.08%),
Enterprises(down 1.0%) and Axis Bank(down 0.91%) closed in the red.
