NEW DELHI: A host of board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Wednesday.

Shares of four companies —

(Rs 0.77 per share), (Re 1 per share), (Rs 12.5 per share) and Vaibhav Global (Rs 1.5 per share) will go ex-dividend today. These companies had announced final dividends. Sundaram Finance (Rs 0.75 per share) had also announced a special dividend.
