The stock opened at Rs 228.50, down from Thursday’s close of Rs 230.35 on the NSE. The stock quoted Rs 229.45, down by 0.39 per cent or Rs 0.90 on the NSE at the time of writing this report. On May 31, the government proposed to sell up to a three per cent stake in Coal India Ltd. through the Offer for Sale (OFS) route. The non-retail portion got a good response on Thursday and was subscribed 3.46 times
