Packaged consumer goods maker through its subsidiary Dabur International has acquired the entire stake in Bangladesh-based Asian Consumer Care from its joint venture partner Advanced Chemical Industries for about ₹51 crore, it said in a stock exchange filing.
Dabur held 76% in the firm before acquisition of the remaining 24% held by Advanced Chemical Industries through
International. The company has acquired 24% for Rs 60 crore Bangladeshi taka which, according to the present exchange rate, comes to around ₹51 crore.
