Japanese media agency network Dentsu International has named Robert (Rob) Gilby as its chief executive officer for the Asia Pacific region. He joins from Nielsen where he is currently president of APAC. The position had been vacated by Ashish Bhasin last year.
Gilby assumes the post on September 5. He will be based in Singapore and will report to Wendy Clark, Global CEO, Dentsu International. He will also join the Dentsu International executive team.
