Don’t flout party brief on Partha Chatterjee: TMC to its netas | India News

KOLKATA: TMC on Saturday asked its functionaries to not overstep the party brief while commenting on issues relating to Partha Chatterjee and Arpita Mukherjee, who are facing ED heat in the teachers’ recruitment scam.
Trinamool MP and Rajya Sabha chief whip Sukhendu Sekhar Ray is being flown in to Kolkata from Delhi on Saturday night to handle media responsibilities.
TMC has also not endorsed media statements attributed to party general secretary and spokesperson Kunal Ghosh on the issue.
