SEAFOOD SOUP


Cooking Time: 10-15 Minutes
Portion: 2 people


Ingredients:
Squid – 15gm

Prawn – 20gm

Crabmeat – 15gm

Garlic – 2gm

Salt – 3gm

Pepper – 3gm

Broth Powder – 3gm

Corn Flour – 15gm

Egg – 0.25ml

Wine – 3ml

Coriander Leaf – 1gm

Seafood SoupAgencies

Methods:

– Take squids, crabs and prawns; chop them into pieces after a thorough cleaning

– Boil them and sauté them with garlic

– Add the stock water and mix broth powder; stir them a little

– Add corn flour on top and stir them once again

– Season the preparation with the required amount of salt, pepper, egg drop and wine while the soup is at boiling point

– Pour the soup into a bowl and finally top it off with sprinkles of coriander

FRIED CHICKEN WINGS


Cooking Time: 15-20 mins
Portion: 2 People


Ingredients:
4 Pieces of whole Wings – 300gm

Ginger – 6gm

Garlic – 5gm

Chilli Oil – 10ml

Coriander leaf – 2gm

Lemon Juice – 1.5

Fried Chicken WingsAgencies

Methods:
– Clean the pieces of whole wings thoroughly

– Now mix a few drops of Chilli oil into the normal batter

– Add ginger and garlic paste into the batter

– Cover the pieces of whole wings with the normal batter

– Marinate the prep for 15 minutes

– Deep fry the pieces in vegetable oil until crispy yellow

– Squeeze a few drops of lemon on top for a tang to the crisp

BBQ SMOKED FISH


Ingredients:
150 gms of Bhetki fish sliced into 10 equal pieces

1 egg, cornflour, and all-purpose flour for frying

Ginger

Dry red chillies

Diced onion

Condiments like tomato ketchup, butter, dark soya sauce

Spring onion for garnishing

BBQ Smoked FishAgencies

Method:
– Marinate the fish with salt and pepper for a few minutes. Then coat the pieces in cornflour, all-purpose flour and egg batter and then fry for 2 minutes

– Toss the fish pieces in a large pan with ginger, dry red chillies and diced onion

– Add tomato ketchup, dark soya sauce, butter, sugar, and salt and pepper to taste

– Garnish with spring onions and serve
