NEW DELHI: The Nifty Realty index closed on a positive note on Tuesday.
Shares of Indiabulls Real Estate(up 2.26 per cent), Oberoi Realty(up 2.12 per cent), DLF(up 2.0 per cent), Brigade Enterprises(up 1.29 per cent) and Phoenix Mills(up 0.88 per cent) ended the day as top gainers in the pack.
On the other hand, Macrotech Developers(down 0.71 per cent), Godrej Properties(down 0.29 per cent) and Prestige Estates Projects(down 0.26 per cent) finished as the top losers of the day.
The Nifty Realty index closed 0.81 per cent up at 391.0.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index ended down 42.3 points at 15732.1, while the BSE Sensex stood down 153.13 points at 52693.57.
Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 25 ended in the green, while 25 closed in the red.
Shares of , RBL Bank, , Zomato Ltd. and JP Power were among the most traded shares on the NSE.
Shares of Dynacons Sys, Sonu
., , Cool Caps Industries Ltd. and hit their fresh 52-week highs in today’s trade, while , , E2E Networks, Ltd. and HPCL hit their fresh 52-week lows.
