mandaviya: India will always be indebted to healthcare professionals, says Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya

Appreciating the role played by the healthcare professionals and frontline workers during the testing times of COVID-19 Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya said that nation will always be indebted to them.

Naming them as the real heroes, Mandaviya said, “They have been the real heroes as they risked their own health and lives to serve and save patients during COVID-19. The nation will always be indebted to them. The contribution of all healthcare professionals is invaluable.”

On making India a world leader in healthcare, he said, “With all our collective efforts, together we can make India a world leader and a symbol of global healthcare in this century.”

Union Health Minister was speaking at the Bharat Swaasth Mahotsav which was organised to celebrate the achievements and contributions in the healthcare sector by ‘Padma Award’ winning doctors in India since Independence.
