While a large majority of top 500 companies have already declared their June quarter numbers, largecaps like LIC, Bharti Airtel and Hero MotoCorp would be making their Q1 numbers public this week. “Overall, the earnings season in India was in line with expectation, while revenue growth was ahead of expectation, indicating a healthy demand environment,” said Surjitt Singh Arora, Portfolio Manager-PMS, PGIM India.
