Chinese smartphone maker Realme is launching
9i 5G phone in India today. The
MediaTek Dimensity 810 5G CPU will be included in the phone. As previously reported, the next tablet from Realme would feature a refresh rate of
90Hz and be powered by a
5,000mAh battery.

Realme 9i 5G will be unveiled in the country for the first time through an online event. The event will be broadcasted on the company’s YouTube channel in real-time.

The phone will have its dedicated Realme homepage. With a “Laser Light Design” Realme 9i 5G is being dubbed “The 5G Rockstar” by the company. The website claims the phone will have a thickness of 8.1 millimeters and a triple camera configuration with an LED flash on the back.

MediaTek’s Dimensity 810 SoC is the brains behind the Realme 9i 5G. According to Realme, the processor is 20 percent quicker than the Dimensity 700 chipset that runs on many of the cheap 5G phones that came out last year.

For a starting price of
13,499, you may get your hands on this Realme smartphone, a 5G iteration of the company’s current Realme 9i. The Realme 9i has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 chipset and a
6.6-inch Full-HD+ 90Hz display. The front camera on this smartphone has 16 megapixels, and the back cameras are 50 megapixels each. It has a 5,000mAh battery to keep the device running. The mobile device can be purchased in either blue or black.

The Realme phone’s price will be announced today.
