Bangalore, 17th July, 2023: Mokobara, a premium travel & lifestyle brand, is setting new retail expansion milestones with the launch of their second retail outlet at 12th Main Road of Indiranagar, the heart of Bangalore.
This is Mokobara’s second retail opening in 45 days. Both stores will serve as key experiential touchpoints for customers to interact with the brand; showcasing Mokobara’s diverse range of products and striking colours.
Retail outlets are opening up a new channel for product education. The new store in Indiranagar has seized the opportunity to, for the first time, talk about the design philosophy behind each product. Thus curating a very personal experience for their community.
“After the fantastic launch of our first store at Phoenix Marketcity in Bangalore, we are thrilled to be opening our first high street retail location in the heart of the city. We are keen to see how the dynamics of walk-ins and conversions play out between the high streets and malls,” quotes Apoorv Sharma, Head of Retail at Mokobara.
With stronger learnings about what their community likes and expects from the brand, Mokobara is all set to double down on omnichannel expansions.
“As of now we have five stores signed, the rest of which will soon be launching in the coming months. We are targeting a total of 20 stores in this FY,” adds Apoorv.
Mokobara is a premium travel and lifestyle brand that first gained recognition for its iconic luggage. Over the course of three years, it has expanded its product line to include an impressive range of travel essentials, from bags and backpacks to functional travel accessories like slim wallets. The brand has confirmed that it will also be diversifying its product portfolio with a new range of handbags, come October.
