Virginia-based RegScale, which provides continuous compliance automation software to companies, has raised a $20M Series A led by SYN Ventures  —  The Tysons Corner company closed the round after a huge period of growth.  Investors SYN Ventures, SineWave Ventures, VIPC’s Virginia Venture Partners and SecureOctane all took part.
